Twyla Everett Williams, the visionary owner of the Level Up Fitness and Wellness Center in Waltham, is not only a highly regarded Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Dancer but also a passionate advocate for holistic well-being. Known for her expertise in Medical Massage and Pain-Free performance, she also specializes in Prenatal/Postpartum 
fitness, hormone balance, and Menopause, providing comprehensive care to all of her clients.

Welcome to week 4 of the Level Up Fat-loss challenge! This week, we are focusing on The Upper Quadrant! Chest, Back, Lats and Shoulders. This weeks challenge will help build posture, upper body strength and definition in the upper half! Anybody NOT want that? (Of course not! Lol)
