The Owner of Level Up Fitness and Wellness Center in Waltham, Twyla is a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. She focuses on weight-loss and muscle-building through functional movement, injury prevention, and creating sustainable health and fitness. A graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, Twyla is now the Official Educator for the New England region. As a Massage Therapist, her specialty is Medical Massage and rehabilitation, and is referred by the Best Chiropractors West of Boston. Twyla’s passion evolves around empowering people to accept themselves as they stand today, and develop a goal to work harder towards for tomorrow. Whether training clients, applying healing hands, or teaching dance, one thing that remains constant through her practices is the teachings of self-love, confidence, tons of sarcasm and humor, and freedom in artistic expression.
